Office of Blame

The Office of Blame Accountability (OBA) is an art project taking place on public sidewalks and main streets across the US. The concepts that inform OBA stem from Post 9/11 victimization, isolationism, the growing lack of corporate responsibility and the increasing economic and social divide between people. OBA is intended to absorb these perceived divisions and separations, creating a space where participants can place any blame they carry.
