I like the idea of framing food – not only for the presentation possibilities, but also because the firm edges help keep things under control. Another great idea is their BBQ-tray. When carrying the meat before and after it is grilled, fluids that are released, slowly flow into the veins of the tray creating an interesting interaction between the tray and its content.
